The nanny of baby Marzaan Kruger has gone to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) after reportedly being fired by her employers.
According to Sekhu's mother, the pair wanted to "sit down" with the Kruger family and "talk about what happened", but were instead kicked out "like dogs".
Last month, Sekhu allegedly allowed the attackers into the family's Robindale home, before she and baby Marzaan were brutally assaulted.
Sekhu is seeking "maximum compensation" as she feels that "procedure was not followed", says her lawyer.
Do you think Sekhu is justified in her appeal to the CCMA? Vote in our poll!
