Central Government gets R39b from Sars, by the time admin fees, backhands and wasteful expenditure (parties and 1st class holidays under the guise of conferences) R20b is handed over to Local government. After they have distributed that money amongst themselves, we are lucky to see the interest earned on that money get spent on services that directly improve our lives. So don't kid yourself, SARS is the feeder of the county's biggest money drain (or pyramid scheme). Rather hand that R40b to charities and schools and bypass the middlemen.. brendan");
