Secondly how about putting performance tragets for station commanders and make the responsible for any missing or incorrectly filled in dockets. I visited the largest police station in the Eastern Cape the other day only to be stopped at the gate by a private security guard requesting my intentions. I further more ride for a so called outlawed motorcycle club and attended the Toy Run the passed weekend and assisted in a minor accident where a bystander had to take one of the guys involved to hospital as the where no police, traffic officers or any emergency personal on duty, when I enquired about it I was informed that because it was a Sunday the organizers would have to pay the overtime of those on duty. Mbete it is your damn duty to shut the hell up and make sure that your department starting with you take responsibility and start doing what you are be paid to do. bm    . ");
