It's time Africa's leaders grew up and took responsibility for the citizens who voted them in, instead of only using their power to improve their own lots! I pity their lack of foresight in this regard!

You cannot go an eye for an eye to heal the wounds, for the fact that Mbeki fired Zuma should not have equalled to him being fired as the president of the country, whether theyare saying they are recalling him, the fact is they fired him, and how do you participate fully to that being in the anger of other cadres. This is unthinkable. well is ANC . Given Jacqui");

");
document.write("Hmmmmh,
Very interesting.
I have a sneaky feeling that this is just the beginning.
The request to cabinet memebers to stick around is simly because the ANC wasn't really quiet ready for this decision.
Possible scenarios.
ANC split,..this is a very viable outcome,..and rather interesting considering that the last elections have garnered less than 70% for the ANC.
ANC has also just fundamentally weakened Zuma's stand.
NPA can quite comfortably persue the case against Zuma without having to worry about who is plotting and scheming who.
Mbeki could stand independently since he has the following with his supporters,...they are not that inconsiderable,..and lots of people would rather the devil they know than the angel they dont.(In this case the devil they dont',.....ROTFLMFAO)
Scene 2,..ANC Zuma could still get through but with a very diluted majority,...or should we say a strengthened Opposition,...this would create a very tricky parliament.
Really interesting,....there is more coming up am sure,...lets see what happens.
Truth be told ANC has displayed it's very inherent weaknesses.
There is even the possibilty of opting for a compromise candidate.
Lets see what happens,..but sure as light is day,..the plot thickens.. Pappa");

Thabo Mbeki was defending the people of our country in the best way he can. Jacob Zuma has been in many shady dealings and not to mention numerous Rape accussations. Jacob Zuma has used more \"dirty tactics\" and bribery than Thabo Mbeki has ever used. Yes Both might be in the wrong but bottom line, Jacob Zuma hs paid his way to get where he is, I sure do hope Jacob Zuma gets what he deserves in time to come. I FEEL SO SORRY FOR ALL YOU SOUTH AFRICANS ALREADY :( This has been a sad event and am disgusted to see that Jacob Zuma will become the next President after all he has done even though not proven in soem cases. I feel dirty, sickened and really hurt by this .... but heck I'm not worried I WILL HAVE A SHOWER and wash this disease from my thoughts.. Casper de Vries");

The Malema guy speaks on TV like he represents the whole nation
Someone needs to smack him silly
They busy deciding for us at the moment so what democracy is that
Please get Mbeki on his seat again so that I can sleep at night.

");
document.write("The truth is that neither are exactly charismatic or brilliant leaders. Mbeki was always too wrapped up in foreign policy and didn’t pay nearly enough attention to crime. He actually reminds me a lot of Smuts in that way. Too intellectual and withdrawn. His policy on HIV back in the day was a source of shock and disbelief to the rest of the world and SA, remember that? No, HIV doesn’t cause AIDS so we don’t have to pay for your life extending medicines. Spare me.
Zuma on the other hand is simply a criminal in every meaning of the word and he doesn’t even have the grace to look ashamed when he’s caught. The ANC Youth League, however, are so brain washed by this man that they can’t even see that he’s going to make things FAR worse for them and their families. He displays a forceful violence to them which wins them over, but anyone else can see he’s just playing to what they want to see, he’s using them. Where in his history has he displayed the self sacrificing nature a leader should have for his people? Wake up black youth of SA, look carefully and think.
The ANC is split and corrupted from their original purpose. Be smart people and VOTE. Vote as much strength as possible to their strongest opposition, or watch this country burn like Zimbabwe.
