What I can't understand is that JZ's case was not tried - his case was thrown out becuase the NPA did not follow procedures to prosecute him correctly - it does NOT mean the man is still innocent. I'd love to think we have a country  with a policy of \"innocent until proven guilty\" but i find it difficult to understand why Jacob Zuma went to such extremes to get his case thrown out. Stand trial - if you are innocent you will be found so in the courts - and thus be a stronger man. I wonder if Judge Nicholson's judgement was not influenced by the ANC in any way - ie: throw it out or your family face the consequences... You never know what they are capable of.
