Despite no evidence of the assualt (medical or otherwise) a witness that saw no assualt take place, 3 different versions by the accusor of what happened, inconsistancies in the police reports, the case being thrown out of CCMA as a money making scam (police case and doc report opened about 3 days after the alleged assualy), he's still going to court every 2-3 months for over 2 years.
