document.write("If this 10 trillion [fantastic sum of money] were plowed back into the working worlds economy then I am sure we would not be experiencing a recessionary economy.<br />\"Tax havens\" SHOULD BE TAXED  for causing the emerging world economies, the poor , the hungry to be without sustanance.<br />These so called tax havens should be abolished and replaced with institutions that would receive surplus funds [TAXES] from the rich and those funds administered to greater assist poorer nations and peoples.The starving and the near starving, the homeless and the less educated could be cared for by utilising funds raised from taxing these TAX HIDEAWAYS.<br />There are numerous philanthropic administrations and individuals on the globe who do already assist the less fortunate however their numbers are far outweighed by the greedy bunch who hoard and bury excess funds,to what and to whose benefit,only they would know.<br />Now is the time for a new world order.<br /><br />. Seeing that the average per capita income of one of our close neighbors is only R 60 per month, I DEAMAND that every South African send at least R 1 000 to Mozambique.  Mr. Williams as a “philanthropic administrations and individual”, will match the highest donation, and make up any amount that an individual South African falls short off  the R 1 000.  Don’t despair, “richer” nations than us will be so inspired by our generosity, that they will send each South African $ 1 000.  And somewhere there will be an even “richer” nation that will send them $ 10 000!  (By the way, who decides how much is “surplus”?)<br />In addition to this startling proposal, all countries should also now have the same Tax rate. (Say 50% as in Sweden)  Thus there will be no motivation to live, work, or invest in a different country then the one you are born in.  In fact, people will travel less because there will be no point in doing business with another country.  Stuff will eventually just cost the same.  Less travel = less pollution and we end up saving the planet.  In fact, from tomorrow I intend doing just that and DEAMND that some “richer greedy bunch who hoard and bury excess funds” should IMMEADIATLY start supporting me.. Lock Lemming");
