Using the Cape as an example of good governance, good service delivery and good all round voter confidence, she will demonstrate that what her party can do in the Cape, the ANC is not capable of doing elsewhere.
The difference will be seen in 5 to 10 years with the Cape under HZ or DA and the rest of the country making do with Zuma and the ANC. The Cape to the rest of SA will be what SA is to the rest of Africa.
Unfortunately this is what it will take before the ANC blind faith voters decide to think then vote.

document.write("During the run up to the previous elections, I remember Tony Leon campaigning strongly in black majority communities ... even going as far as wearing traditional wear and campaigning. It most probably didn't work then for various reasons, however, I believe now would be the perfect time for the DA to do this. Campaign where it's supporters are but also initiate intense campaigns in black majority strongholds. A lot of us (black) have been disappointed by our beloved ANC because of lack of service delivery, blatant corruption and lack of moral fiber. We are desperately looking for an alternative and now more than ever people will go out to the polls because they believe they vote will be a nail (albeit small) in the ANC coffin. The DA needs to go to the people and convince them how they will improve and better their lives. The COPE is definitely an alternative however I am not yet convinced. The DA has a proven track record and although I am convinced, they haven't got my vote ... yet. I want to know if I will have equal opportunity as others in SA as a black man. I want there to be equal opportunity for all and not a selective elite or race. People need convincing nd no one is doing that. TV and Media is no good, personal touch wins over people!!!
