document.write("Ok, so Mr. Lekota has appointed white faces.<br />Is it ok to be concerned about the fact that 2 of the 3 white faces are female?  Is COPE going to continue on the path of empowering females to the detriment of the country?<br />It is great, believe me, I am thrilled to see that woman are being empowered.  What scares me though is the fact that this is also the ANC policy - the ANC filled parliament with females for the sake of empowering females, whether they have a single brain cell or not!<br />Don't get me wrong, I am a professional white female myself, BUT.....I have had to work for recognition, just the same as every male collegue that I have.<br />I pray that this is not a continuance of female empowerment purely for the sake of empowering females.<br />I think that I speak for more than myself when I say - PLEASE, GIVE THE JOB TO THE RIGHT PERSON - black, white, male or female - STOP THE POLITICS - we need our country to grow, don't bull#### - do the right thing!.
