Then you have Burgersfort 60 km down the drag.  Dig up roads leave for 3 weeks then tar them. Spend 4 months putting up street lights (down the main road). Then take street lights down, dig up half the roads, leave for 3-6 weeks, then start to re-tar road again over a 4 week period. Finally get another contractor to re-tar whole road in a week. In the meantime All the taxis are blocking business entrances, call the police after being threatened by the Taxi drivers when you request they #### off, only to have the police arrive and find out that 60% of them belong to SAPS members.
