Neotel just started +- a year ago after years of government procrastiation, and cell networks had to rent international broadband from Telkom. Government enforced monopolies on broadband stopped cheap broadband in this country! Hooray for the new sea cable!. L_M");

Advocating the 34% hike for Escom is just CRAZY.  We are barely able to buy food nowadays.  Gov talking about a 'Health Tax'... Maybe her salary fools her into thinking that we all earn that kind of money.
