Is any one of you who judges whether Adriaan Vlok's actions are justified or not without any wrong?  <br />No, Adriaan's wrongs might not be more severe than many other's, but something happened in his life that brought him to his knees. At some point each human's life gets interrupted, Adriaan's was with his trial. It might be the circumstances he was in during this time that made him ask some of life's big questions and it is obvious that he is not the same man.  <br />By washing the feet of people he feels indebted to, Adriaan is exibiting the qualities of a human that has given up his own rights, just like Christ. He seems truely repentfull of his life's events and and is clearly choosing a different direction. <br />Yes, it might seem foolishness to man, but then the Bible says it would be. If you understand what the Bible refers to as being \"born again\", you will realize that Adriaan has litteraly arrived at the Cross roads in his life. It is not about the repsonse he expects from the people whos feet he is washing, it is the freedom he recieves from each set of feet he washes! Yes, there are many others that could do the same, but it is something that is very personal. Jesus did it to His disciples; \"reborn\" followers of Christ do as their Master!
