document.write("The SABC suck. I haven't watched their ###### programming in 3 years. Everytime I turn it on there is a low budget soapie on or some show where they are either trying to be too American, or too African. It's just so amateurish its embarrassing. We have some great actors in this country, but I am sick and tired of seeing Ian Roberts play another old, racist guy who happens to be the only Afrikaans-speaking person in the show. Not only is it offensive they way they portray this country, but it is also an insult to anyone with half a brain cell or more. Please can we come up with an original story for once? Are there no good screen writers in this country? Please - submit your works to e-TV and SABC so we can watch some real talent. Or at least try to be entertaining. 7De Laan is really not something that I would watch religioulously, but the few times I have seen it I was impressed by the quality of the writing and direction.
