An appeal against a judgment that invalidated charges against Jacob Zuma would be heard on 28 November, the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) said on Tuesday.

The National Prosecuting Authority filed its heads of argument for the appeal hearing at the court on Monday.

A court official said the President of the SCA, Judge Lex Mpati, made the decision.

Lawyers for the ANC president have until 25 November to file his opposing papers and heads of argument in the matter.
