The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) submitted papers on Tuesday in response to ANC president Jacob Zuma's representations in the Constitutional Court.
Spokesperson Tlali Tlali could however not be drawn to disclose the nature of the representations made.
"You can go to the court and check... the papers are with the court," he said on Tuesday night.
Lawyers representing the ANC president submitted representations regarding his case last week Tuesday, fourteen days after the 26 January deadline.
The right to make representations to the NPA before being charged again for corruption alongside arms company Thint, has formed part of Zuma's overall legal strategy.
The representations are usually in letter form, and are then considered by the authority.
A recent Supreme Court of Appeal ruling reinstated the contested charges.
Zuma and Thint apparently intend filing an application in August for a permanent stay of prosecution.
