Dirk Prinsloo once had sex with his mistress Cezanne Visser on a chapel's altar, the Pretoria High Court heard on Friday.

Visser, better known as "Advocate Barbie", tearfully told the court how Prinsloo, an atheist who said he "respected Hitler", forced her to forsake her Christian religion.

Prinsloo disappeared without a trace in 2002 while on a court-sanctioned trip to Russia, leaving Visser to face 14 criminal charges on her own.

They range from rape to indecently assaulting children and manufacturing child pornography.

Visser has denied guilt to the charges, claiming she could not be held accountable for her actions.

She told the court she changed from Prinsloo's "little princess" into his "slut and whore" within months after moving in with him in 2001.

"In December 2001, we were at a holiday resort near Mossel Bay. There was a small chapel that was open," she testified.

"...Dirk ordered me to undress and lie down on the table in the front. He climbed on top of me and had sex with me. "It was very brutal. He showed no love."

Prinsloo's experimentation

Visser said Prinsloo's sexual experiments "had no limits".

"He didn't keep to normal sex. He experimented with things that in retrospect I find abhorrent and abnormal."

Prinsloo used to bring over prostitutes of all colours for group sex, she testified.

"Dirk regularly sent me out to get prostitutes for him."

Visser said she had no recollection of photos Prinsloo had taken of her in sexually depraved poses.

All she could remember was not feeling well after he had given her a blue liquid to drink.

When she woke up in agony one morning, he told her she had been "naughty" and had "enjoyed it".

Visser said she could not refuse Prinsloo anything. He had a quick temper and used to scream at her if he did not get his way.

The trial continues.
