All South Africans feared to have been affected by the terrorist attacks in Mumbai last week have been found safe and sound, the foreign ministry said on Tuesday.

At the weekend three South Africans were still missing after the Islamist attacks on the Indian financial capital, but the consul-general in Mumbai, Busi Khuzwayo, has reported that all have since been traced, spokesperson Ronnie Mamoepa said.

The attacks by Islamic militants claimed the lives of 195 people, including 22 foreigners.
