The Pretoria mini bus taxi driver accused of the murder of a 16-year-old school girl, will appear again in the Pretoria Regional Court next month.
Percyval Matji appeared briefly in court on Tuesday and his case was postponed to 4 May.
Matji (31) of Mamelodi is accused of running over Bernadine Kruger while she was driving her scooter to school in Garsfontein.
He was initially charged with culpable homicide but the charge was changed to murder, after forensic investigations were completed.
He is out on bail of R1000.
