Democratic Alliance leader Helen Zille is undertaking a "state of the nation" tour to the Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape, the party said on Sunday.
This follows the launch of the DA's election campaign on Saturday, January 31, in Soweto.
On Monday 2 February, Zille will meet the DA's provincial campaign team in Bloemfontein before visiting Botshabelo in the Free State to put up the first DA poster of the election campaign.
In the evening, Zille will address a public meeting at Brandfort City Hall.
On Tuesday 3 February, Zille heads to KwaZulu-Natal for door-to-door visits in Lindelani where she will inspect an area where local children have become sick, allegedly due to raw sewerage problems.
She will then travel to Newlands East, and in the evening address a public meeting in Umhlanga.
On Wednesday 4 February, she will be in the Eastern Cape where she will address a public meeting at the Orient Theatre in East London and campaign door-to-door in Parkside and Buffalo Flats.
