Two men were arrested on Monday for being in possession of five vehicles stolen in the Pretoria area, Gauteng police said.

The two men, aged between 26 and 27, were arrested at the Almontagne complex in Silverton, said Captain Julia Claasen.

The men allegedly stole the vehicles in hijackings and house robberies.

They would appear in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court on Tuesday to face charges of attempted murder, house and business robbery.
