Four men, aged between 21 and 52, were arrested while breaking into a business in Isando on the East Rand on Saturday, Gauteng police said.

Captain Jethro Mtshali said Kempton Park police received a tip-off that five men were breaking into a pharmaceutical company on Saturday morning.

Police arrived to find the five men breaking into the company but managed to arrest only four as one of them fled.

The four men were from Mamelodi and Mabopane.

Police recovered a Volkswagen vehicle confirmed stolen in Brits last month during the arrest.

The four men are expected to appear before the Kempton Park Magistrate's Court on charges of robbery and possession of a stolen motor vehicle, Mtshali said.
