SABC workers picketed outside the public broadcaster's offices in Durban on Wednesday demanding better pay.

Carrying placards that read, "stop corruption", and "8.5 percent is an insult", workers sang and danced while news photographers took pictures.

Workers refused to be quoted. A few police officers monitored the pickets.
