Singer Mandoza’s manager says his client has been complying with his sentencing conditions.

The kwaito star, whose born Mduduzi Tshabalala, pleaded guilty to two charges of culpable homicide after the death of Charles Shabalala and Felix Thebe during a car accident he caused in Roodepoort last March.

He was given a suspended jail sentence on the condition that he pay for the funeral costs and make monthly payments to the victim's families.

A warrant for his arrest was issued last month when he allegedly defaulted on the payments but Mandoza's manager Curwyn Vaughn says he has fulfilled all his obligations.

"I have now sent through all the proof of payment to prove that Mandoza has made all payments up till October 2009," says Vaughn.
