Mandoza says he is considering legal action following reports that he is evading arrest.

Honeydew police issued a warrant for the Kwaito star's arrest for allegedly defaulting on payments to the families of the two victims of a car crash, he was involved in last year.

The singer pleaded guilty to two counts of culpable homicide after his car crashed into a Jetta, killing two people.

The court ordered Mandoza to make payments to the two victims' families for the next 24 months.

Mandoza says he was late with his September payment but he did pay it soon after it was due.
