TV personality Florence Masebe is in trouble with the law after she was arrested on Sunday for failing to obey a traffic officer.

Masebe, who claims she was flustered by a lack of signage during the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge in Johannesburg, crossed over one of the blocked off roads and obstructed cyclists.

When a metro police officer asked her to move she refused and was charged with reckless and negligent driving. But Masebe has accused the officers of being rude and manhandling her.

"I got dragged out of my car with the seat belt still on by a male metro police officer who then threw me at the back of a van," said Masebe on Monday.
