Eyewitness News has received another complaint about the Broederstroom Holiday Resort and its "whites only" access policies.

The resort first made headlines in 2005 when it kicked out a white couple and their two adopted black children.

The South African Human Rights Commission took the resort to the Equality Court, which ordered it to change its policies but photographs emailed to Eyewitness News show the resorts "No blacks allowed" signs are still up.

When the Equality Court first ruled against the Broederstroom Holiday Resort in the North West province four years ago, questions were raised about whether it had any power to dictate access policies to the property owners.

The holiday resort's managers have not paid any attention to the court order and continue to ban black people from the facility.

The South African Institute of Race Relations and the Human Rights Commission have been made aware of the situation but said they would need to investigate the matter before delivering an official comment.
