Kwaito star Mandoza faces a charge of reckless and negligent driving after being involved in another car accident at the weekend.
It is understood he sped off in a friend's Mini Cooper on Sunday morning after having an argument with his wife, Mpho.
He then crashed into a tree on JG Strydom Road in Weltevreden Park.
Rushed to Helen Joseph Hospital
The Gauteng Health Department's Mandla Sidu said he was rushed to Helen Joseph Hospital.
"I can confirm the doctors discharged him. We understand he had some minor head injuries," said Sidu.
It is the second time Mandoza has been involved in an accident.
In 2008, he pleaded guilty to two charges of culpable homicide after two people died when he crashed into the back of their stationary car on the N1 highway.
