A trial date has been set for the murder case of musician Lucky Dube
— November 3 this year, the SABC reported on Thursday.
The three accused appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on
Thursday where they were given a chance to apply for legal aid and
subpoena witnesses, said the SABC.
On Wednesday, charges were withdrawn against one of the four accused
under the instruction of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Dube was killed outside his brother's house in Rosettenville,
southern Johannesburg, in October last year in what was believed to
have been a botched hijacking.
