Four men were arrested for possession of dagga in Zola, Soweto, Gauteng police said on Friday.
"A tip-off led police to the house in Zola where several bags of dagga, with a street value of R300 000, were found," said police spokesperson Captain Kay Makhubela.
Police monitored the house after they received information that dagga was expected to be delivered at the house.
"Further investigations would reveal who the owner of the house is and whether they should also be arrested."
The men, aged between 25 and 40, would appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court soon.
