ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema will head a delegation that is expected to meet University of the Free State Rector Jonathan Jansen on Thursday.

The league's Free State leader Thabo Meeko on Monday said Jansen was a "racist" and that the "the shoot-to-kill approach should also apply to him" for pardoning four white former UFS students who made a racist video.

The four coerced black cleaners to perform humiliating tasks, including eating meat which had apparently been urinated on.

The league's Floyd Shivambu said Meeko would be at the meeting on Thursday.
