Meanwhile, the ANC would hold a press briefing with its national leadership at Luthuli House after the National Prosecuting Authority announced that fraud and corruption charges against Zuma would be dropped.
Zuma would not attend the press briefing scheduled for 3pm, choosing to remain at home with his family.
Meanwhile, outside Luthuli House a crowd of ANC supporters gathered to be addressed by party leaders later in the afternoon.
