President Jacob Zuma, on Wednesday morning, will outline how he desires the country to change over the next year.

Zuma will be opening Parliament and delivering his first State of the Nation Address.

The President has to balance the demands of the Congress of South African Trade Unions and the South African Communist Party with those of big business.

He expected to talk about improving the health system and perhaps assistance for police.

It will be the President's first real policy speech in charge of the country and he will want to show that he is taking the needs of the people to heart.
