The circumstances surrounding the death of Morgan Tsvangirai?s grandson are to be investigated.

The Zimbabwean Prime Minister?s infant grandson drowned in the family?s swimming pool in Harare on Saturday.

It was unclear who was watching the baby at the time of the incident however the Prime Minister was not at his residence at the time as he was engaging with President Robert Mugabe at Victoria Falls, to plan the country?s political program for the next three months.

Tsvangirai has been grieving the death of his wife, Susan, who was killed in a car accident last month.
